error autorunning software - cannot find the autorun program ! ! ! ? ? ?
 

I'm a new mandriva user. I put any game in the cd drive and this is where it ends up! Movies won't play either using 'movie player'.How can I easily install some games (baldurs gate 2) or watch a movie?

You can't run Windows software under Linux, without some kind of help. You might want to look into using Wine or Cedega for playing games. As for movies, what kind are you trying to play?

Thanks for the info on the games. I'll try WINE and see how it goes. I've tried the matrix and it wouldnt' play. I'll try something newer and see what happens. Totem is the player I have right now.

Watching movie's :
I think, some codecs are installed by default.

So usually this would do > > commands in a terminal :

1) su
2) urpmi libdvdcss

( Or use the package manager, where you also can see,
which games are available. )
