Error after kernel configuration


im getting lots of errors after kernel compilation.
I get the warning "clock skew detected " after make config,make dep,make zImage along with " build incomplete" ..i still tried to ahead .when i booted the error " set up signature not found " occurs.
please help me out....

"clock skew detected" usually means that the timestamp on a file is greater then the current time on the system. Probably a sign you changed your clock at some point, or use ntp-update instead of ntpd to update your clock with net time.

I am not sure what the other error is.
