error 2 to activate my modem

I have a win modem with these properties:

I have downloaded its driver install it without problem.but I can't activate it :
" Fail to activate ..... error 2 "

how can i solve this problem?

Where have you downloaded the driver from?
I guess you should contact Conexant's support, if you downloaded their driver and it fails to work (assuming that you've installed & configured it all fine :D ).
