error 15


I tried to boot an old computer someone gave me with ubuntu. I get "error 15 message". How can i fix that? I also have an old version of knoppix, if i can fix the problem using that.

error 15 means file not found. How you would fix that depends on what file was not found. Did you get a message saying what file was not found?

It would help if you said what version of Ubuntu you're using, on what hardware.
