errno 5 error when trying to install xbmcbuntu

I have been trying to install xbmcbuntu since last night I have tried burning different disks burning at the loweest speed and even using different dvd burners but always am geting the same error" thr installer encountered anerror copying files to the hard disk {errno 5}

I am trying to install in on a seperate partition sda 3 the rest of the drive has windows installed on it.

I am not sure if this is related but when I was running just the live version of this it ran good but wasn't able to see any of the files on this drive or my other harddrive which has all of my media files on it.

Did you happen to install directly from the live version?
