ns-2.34 , Wimax-awg + LTE + DCCP + MPTCP ..... Ubuntu 12.04.5 - i686

Re #31, #30.

OK, you can get a better DCCP result with a Redhat compiler.
The default dccp-wireless.tcl works perfect,
your file is still missing the simple-w.nam output.

Compilers : compat-gcc34_3.4.6-ubuntu15_i386.deb, compat-g++34_3.4.6-ubuntu10_i386.deb
compat-gcc34 https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7S...ew?usp=sharing
compat-g++34 https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7S...ew?usp=sharing
Click the downloaded packages to install them.

tar xvf ns-allinone-2.34.tar.gz
zcat Wimax.awg+lte+dccp+mptcp_ns234.patch.gz | patch -p0
export CC=gcc34 CXX=g++34 && ./install
cd ns-2.34/
cp ns ns234-wimax.awg-LTE-dccp-mptcp
sudo cp ns234-wimax.awg-LTE-dccp-mptcp /usr/local/bin/

Re #32, #33.

Have you actually tried out the suggestion in post #32 ?
By using { the RHEL 6 / CentOS 6 compilers gcc34, g++34, repacked to Ubuntu } ?

Re #36.

"make clean && ./configure && make"
... is what the ./install command is doing for tcl8*/, tk8*/, ns-2.34/ :
$ export CC=gcc-4.4 CXX=g++-4.4 && ./install

In ns-2.34/ you can do :
$ export CC=gcc-4.4 CXX=g++-4.4 && ./configure && make clean && make

Re #36.

? What do you mean by "but wimax not" ? What are you doing ?

The executable I created yesterday with Ubuntu 12.04-i686, gcc34/g++34 :
Code:
$ ns234-wimax.awg-LTE-dccp-mptcp test-be-mod.tcl 1 2 http://www.tivoli.dk 1000 >> out.txt
.... produces 711,188 lines of text. ( A 38.7 MB file "out.txt".)
And the file 'out_mod_2.res', 1.7 MB.
I.e. everything is perfect.
