This article from the OpenPrinting Database may provide a solution.

You are most welcome. Glad I could help.

The OpenPrinting database is the first place I look with printer driver questions. If the printer is listed, the advice is almost always useful.

We were all newbies once and needed persons to guide us. This site has been a big help to me over the nine years since I started using Linux. You cannot imagine how excited I was when I realized I had learned enough to answer my first LinuxQuestion.

Linux is not hard. It is different.

About dot com has a pretty good Linux site oriented towards new and intermediate Linux users and you can find lots of tutorials on YouTube--just include "linux" in the search string. Going Linux also has lots of stuff, including an excellent podcast.
