Enthought Canopy installation problem.

I have downloaded canopy-1.4.1-rh5-32.sh to the downloads folder and according to the installation instructions, should just have to type bash followed by the above file name to get this self unpacking file to...self unpack.

Instead I am getting the message "no such file or directory". This sounds like a simple problem, but it's beyond me at present. Can anyone help please?

I am running Ubuntu 12.04 (precise) 32 bit on an Acer c720 Chromebook using crouton (which seems to be working very well otherwise)

Many thanks

You can try this:
In a terminal
1. cd to your ~/Downloads folder.
2. type the following command:
Code:

./canopy-1.4.1-rh5-32.sh
