Enlightenment pager on top of everything

Hello, Is it possible to make the enlightenment pager on top of everything... meaning it is always on top. Or maybe is it possible to change the maximum size of a window? or not let any window go on top of the pager, just like a taskbar?

Thanks

DR16 or DR17 ????
Assuming DR16:
I can't find any setting for keeping the pager on top but E will remember window size settings.
Just open the application in question.
Resize the window to desired size
Right click on the top title bar
Go to "Remember..."
Just check the "Size" option.

Not sure about DR17, I had it installed but it was still too buggy for my tastes.
