Enlightenment or Afterstep

Is anyone using Enlightenment or Afterstep? If you use both, which one is better? I haven't seen allot of help for En. I am trying to get more transparency out of the windows. Is that possible with KDE or am I on the right track with going to En or Afterstep?

A question like this should be left up to you. Only way for you to know which one you might want to use is for you to try them both.
Personally I have started using Enlightenment again after a long time.. its fast and simple to use..
But a question of which is better, your only going to get opinions and wars out of members. But Enlightenment seems to be more popular than Afterstep so it seems...

ok, I am an E and AfterStep boy. In general, tricky's answer is most appropriate here. Personally, I like E more, but I the configuration of AfterStep is superb, I only had a minor glitch with AfterStep, on startup if there are no apps open I had a black strip on the left side of my screen 1 inch wide, that's the only annoyance.
