Encryption in zip and unzip utility?

Iam trying to convert a bat file into linux file.

and a command reads

D:\pkzip.exe -add -password=abc6 -cryptalgorithm=AES c:\myfile.zip c:\output\*.csv

(1) Does Linux zip tool offer a feature which can take a password and encrpt the zip file too?
(2) What is the last parameter of the above command?

Iam using RedHat Linux (ES).

Thanks in advance for helping.

Jayukanna.

A quick glance into the man page would have revealed that it
does ... try
man zip
/passw

Cheers,
