Enabling POP on Fedora Core 1

Hi. Yet again :D . I think this questions is easy:

I have configured sendmail on my home linux machine :p to work on the internet, and hopefully it is not an open relay. I can send and receive mail from and to my domain name :) I use ssh to check mail, or vnc, or evolution mail at home, which works fine by me.

But now my brother who lives in another city (no access to my LAN) wants to use my mail system / domain too, and he wants to use Windows Outlook Express (pop).

:study: I have searched hundreds of posts on the topic "pop server for Fedora Core 1" at linuxquestions.org and at the web monkey, but most of them are unanswered, or left me confused. All I know now is that port 110 should be open on my firewall. So my questions are:

1) Does RedHat Fedora Core 1 setup have a pop server? (I went through all the services listed up in gnome services panel, and saw nothing that looked like "pop" in it). Also webmin provided no solutions.

2) Can you simply use sendmail as pop? Or configure Windows Outlook Express to get the mail from my sendmail server in some other way (he lives in another city, so he can't access local net).

3) If Fedora Core 1 doesn't come with a pop server (or something else that can be use, what is a easy to configure (hopefully compatible with webmin) pop server I can use? :Pengy:

Cheers :D

Just read that pop doesn't secure the username and password. :( That is no good. :( Can I get MS Outlook Express to connect securly to my mailserver?
