enabling gcc in suse 10.0
 
hallo everyone,
i have been trying to install a tar.gz package to my system but its telling mme that there is no any c compiler thats after its almost half way unzipping the package. please help thanx

Yeah, go to YaST and install GCC, that should fix everything.

Yes. YaST will ask you insert the installation CD/DVD, unless, you have an Internet connection and have specified online software repositories.
