I'm trying to enable Chinese display and input on rh7. I've read several articles by Chinese. There are several steps, and they keep refering to using localdef along with zh_CN (which I found). I can't find anything regarding localdef on redhat, or anywhere else for that matter. How can I find the localdef utility? Where is it?
