Hello jeevan_reddy3,

Your sound might be there out-of-box, though it might be muted. If this is the issue, the easiest way for me to explain is:

Open music player, Turn on Radio, Open terminal, Type alsamixer, navigate to the MM, press m.

i have changed that MM to M IN ALSAMIXER through terminal but my problem is again this players are not working which came by default with fedora 12 and asking some packages even if i dowloaded also they are not working and also i have installed adobe flash player but thats not working wats the reason could be will u pls suggest me in all these matters

No sound (no radio, no ogg music, no output at all), that is? I'd like to ask you, if it's possible, to paste here the content of the download requesting pop-up window which came with your music player. Although not for sure, this could bring some nice light on the trouble trigger.

Could you let me know if rather "I changed the MM to an OO with the m-key(mute/unmute)" was meant?
