Email & DNS :( confusions

Dear all

The client setup in-house hosting mail , DNS , they have 2 server and 2 isp connection here is diagram .the scenario

http://www.communitypk.com/abakali/clientmap.JPG

Confusions :-

1. The linux machine have local ip how to setup this machine dns entries for public ips

2. The clients purchase domain name and use our machine NS records instead of any other NS server , if I entered my ip addresses in domain register NS records they could not accept ip addresss required only NS server

3. all abc.com email accept the linux machine and this machine connected with exchange server . and exchange server have email addresses of all domain users

I refer the following link to setup this scenario but could get success
