I was checked in my system emacs installed or not, using following command.
Code:
emacs &
It was closed the terminal, when ran this command in particular folder .That folder have some codes samples
Sorry, can't make out what your question actually is asking. Is there a problem or not? And you're not providing any details about your system..read the "Question Guidelines" link in my posting signature, as you've been asked to in MANY threads you've posted, and keep saying you will and will post details...but you don't.
Also, what did you THINK was going to happen when you put the & after the emacs command?? You backgrounded it...so it went to the background, didn't it?
Does it happen if you push something else in the background? I am confused why you would want to run emacs in the background except to test out trying to put something in the background.
Is it the case you have never used this option before?

This incident happen in accident, I was accidentially enter this command, Its closed terminal
Well the obvious answer is don't do it again Although I understand this wouldn't explain why it happens. Maybe if you provided the terminal details it may help, but it does sound rather odd?
I can explain the scenario:
1.Open the terminal
2.cd directory to that location
3.Then enter following command
4.Its close terminal
Right...so AGAIN, YOU ARE STILL NOT PROVIDING DETAILS...DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND THIS, despite saying you will 'do better', in many of your other posts?????
AGAIN: you ran emacs and backgrounded the task...it shut the terminal down, because you TOLD IT TO GO TO BACKGROUND. The task is still running, but you can't see it. This is normal behavior...nothing to 'fix' or 'troubleshoot'....
