editing .xinitrc question


editing xinitrc to make kde the default session, so i make it
exec kde
exec startkde
or just
startkde

stupid question i know, but while i'm sitting here might as well throw it out there

actually from the command line it's much quicker and easier it would be

echo "exec startkde" > ~/.xinitrc
