OK i need step by step spelled out as simple as you can on what to do to get the wireless card working
PLEASE HELP ME!!

You should give more information first.
Which version of ubuntu are you using?
Is your wireless card recognised?
What have you already tried in order to make your wireless card work?
if you give "iwconfig" from konsole what is the output you get?
