First of all, please use some kind of punctuation in your post. It's very difficult to read entire paragraphs that contain no full stops or commas. Also, it's "Ubuntu", not "Ubantu".
Ok, so these ODB2 devices are for reading things from vehicle on-board computers. I don't know if Linux even has drivers for these kinds of device, but you might want to see this thread
in case it has useful information. Maybe also try googling "Linux ODB2".
