Easy Easy please help

Ok I have Suse 7.0 Personal. I want to eventually setup a server. I really cant figure out to load all those programs plus I would like a newer looking interface.
Here It Is. I want to format my hard drives (4.3G & 1.2G) and wipe off suse 7.0 and some old windows file that i still have on the drives. Then I would like to install Mandrake from ISO CD's.
Catches...
1. dont know how to boot to dos from suse.
2. dont know the proper commands to format both hard drives from dos(ide 1 master and slave).
3. can i boot from the iso cd's ... i dont have a floppy drive =)

You don't need to .... you can deleted/format
stuff from the Mandrake installation process ...

Depends on your PC and it's BIOS. If it allows
to boot of IDE-CD-ROMs, just do it :}

Cheers,
