You haven't provided a survey to take (the original questions are a bit vague and wouldn't provide any meaningful extrapolation).

What is your survey about? Where are you publishing the results? What is the abstract of your research? If you don't plan on publishing the results so that I, and other forum members, can see them then I have no incentive to take your survey.

By ease of install do you mean the length of time it takes for a fresh install?
Do you mean how easy or hard it is to understand the installer?

You mention ease of configuration and documentation:-
Do you mean the documentation that's associated with the said distribution?

Details are very important. Kindly clarify and elaborate more for us:-

We just wanted some input. We will leave thing here.
We just installed Debian and now want to try Fedora or Centos.
