Question E-Mail

I am using Knoppix 6, I can get on the internet easily, but I am
unable to collect my e-mail. Knoppix will not allow me to enter
my username or password until I ENABLE cookies and javascript,
I have checked both and they are enabled but still no e-mail
Thankyou

I am using a Dell Inspiron 530 computer with windows XP.
I wanted to try Knoppix v6.1. Everything went well, I connected
to the internet ok, but when I tried to access my mail box with
ISP talktalk, I was told "You cannot enter your user name and
passwork until you ENABLE cookies and javascript" as far as
I know cookies and javascript are ENABLED.. My browser is
ICEWEASEL.. I have now solved it in one way, by downloading
Firefox, by doing so I can now enter my mailbox and retrieve
my mail.
For those who helped me, thankyou very much..
I dont think Linux is for me. I cant get my lexmark printer
to work or my CREATIVE webcam to work, I dont know of any printers
or webcams that will work with linux.. Please remember I am a newby
Thankyou for everything

Better install a distro like Kubuntu or Ubuntu.
As for the printer and webcam check the HCL section in LQ
