guys i am goin to take up an IBM AIX(UNIX) certification online assessment .so if you guys know any dums websites post me ......thank you

Ahh...so you don't actually want to LEARN, just memorize some answers to get 'certified'?? Sorry, but I don't think you're going to find too many people here willing to help you cheat.

Learn the subject first, then take a test. It will be VERY obvious, VERY quickly that you don't have the knowledge if you proceed down the road you're on now.

Most people call that Cheating.
The tests are probably sufficiently randomized in some way to prevent this.

This clearly in breach w/ Red Hat's policies around certification, and as such
can't be permitted at LQ!

my banks mission-critical systems.
