Dumping master file: tmp-q05vQjwQ18: open : permission denied


Greetings to all I am doing a zone transfer having as master zone in Windows Server 2012 and how slave zone CentOS. But at the moment performing the transference me it appears following error:

I have below configuration for /etc/named.conf file

Hi,

Could be a permissions issue, so try:
Code:
chown -R named:named /var/named
And since you're running Centos you may also need the following, so SELinux permits writing of zones files in slave
Code:
setsebool -P named_write_master_zones=1
