Dualboot to GRUB with XP bootloader?

Okay, this thread might be somewhere else, but I decided to bring it up since i'm curious about it.

I'm sure there is a way to dualboot to grub, or just the partition where my Fedora partition is. Just that, I know nothing and wish not to experiment with XP's boot loader.

Question is, Does XP's Boot Load screen [where you pick which to boot to] would work if i had added a line to boot to my Fedora parititon on my 2nd drive?

Info:

1st HD= 40 gig One Partition of XP
2nd HD= 160gig, 100gigs NTFS, 60gigs Fedora

Copy the grub to a file, and load that (not sure if XP lets you load directly from non-NT drives):
