Dualboot Linux and Win200 problems

I've followed the steps in the HOW-To guide, but the Red Hat 6.2 just will not dualboot with the Win2000. I'm using NT-Loader to multiboot.
I've copied the first 512byte sector off the linux-partition, pasted it in to C: and changed the boot.ini file..
Selecting Linux in the startup-menu, the error messages is :"Can't load win2000, missing NtOsKrnl.."
Have a feeling I'm screwing up in the partitioning-process, everything else is done by the book... (i think)..
Thanks for advice..
