Smile Dual Boot - Win2k Server NTFS and Red Hat 9.0

Problem:

I am trying to install a dual-boot of Windows 2K Server with NTFS
file format and Red Hat 9.0. My Disk is partitioned as follows:

C: 20G
Rest of Drive: 50G Unpartitioned

When loading Red Hat 9.0 using "Automatic Partitioning" it
boots up only in Linux. I don't get a banner "switch" between
Win 2K and Linux.
