Dual boot on Nvidia nForce software raid

Guru,

My PC is in the configuration of AMD Dual Core, 2G Ram, ASUS A8N-SL NVIDIA nForce4 and 4x250G SATA hard disks. I used the native NVIDIA nForce4 driver to build a 1T RAID 0 storage. Initial thought is to partition 200G for XP and 800G for Redhat Linux 4.

I installed XP. When i try to install Linux afterwards, which could not recongize the partitions used by XP.

Then i changed installation sequence, but grub hanged when I boot from Linuzx again.

I checked the NVIDIA website, but could not find any linux driver for its raid controller, same for the REDHAT website.

Is anybody used the above configurations and make a dual boot successfully on XP and Redhat Linux ?

Otherwise, should i buy a hardward raid card to solve this problem ?

Your advise is appreciated .

Thanks & Regards,
Alex
