du command question
 
HI,

One of my directory is 100% full and when I try to use du command it just take forever, Is tehre any option to find who used more space? Thanks i advance.

What does "it just takes forever" means? It hangs without any output or gives an infinite list of files and directories along with their size? What is the exact du command you run?

Yes, it just hangs. This is what I have run it.

cd /export/opt
du -sh *
