Dropline Gnome

Hi guys

Hey im having some trouble installing dropline Gnome. i've done the installpkg command in the terminal but i am unsure if the software was installed. i get a line saying executing dropline script but then nothing happens. i then tried doing cp /etc/dropline.conf.new to /etc/dropline.conf and it says no directory is available. How can i be sure this program has been installed.

There is no /etc/dropline.conf in Dropline GNOME. Where did this file come from? What exactly are you trying to install when you are using installpkg? Installation instructions are available from the web page:

http://droplinegnome.org/?page_id=6

Have you followed them carefully? There is no mention of dropline.conf.

Which distribution and version are you using?
