Driver errors while working with Wine

Wasn't 100% sure the best place to put this, hoping this section works all the well.

I BELIEVE I'm running into a driver issue and I can't seem to figure out the next step in figuring how to resolve the issue for the life of me. Currently I'm trying to get a game called League of Legends to run via a Wine and PlayOnLinux. This was all working fine, even got into the client before it had crashing issues which with some research, seemed to be due to not having the correct 32-bit drivers. After tampering around some to get said drivers though, I believe I messed up somewhere along the way and now I can't get the thing to run at all.

Whenever I try to get things running, I run into this error,

Code:
(  DEBUG)[14:15:44.613] RADS::Common::RegistryHelp::RegKeyValueString::RegKeyValueString: (Software\Riot Games\RADS, LocalRootFolder, c:\rads)
(  ERROR)[14:15:44.865] RADS::User::PandoManager::start: StartPMB failed, returned error 6
X Error of failed request: BadRequest (invalid request code or no such operation)
  Major opcode of failed request: 135 (GLX)
  Minor opcode of failed request: 19 (X_GLXQueryServerString)
  Serial number of failed request: 522
  Current serial number in output stream: 522
( ERROR)[14:15:44.999] RADS::UserKernel::NamedPipe::ConnectionThread::ThreadProc: The handle that was passed to the API has been either invalidated or closed.
(  ERROR)[14:15:44.999] RADS::UserKernel::NamedPipe::ConnectionThread::ThreadProc: ConnectNamedPipe failed.
(  ERROR)[14:15:45.002] RADS::Common::HTTPConnection::GetFile: perform request failed with code 7
(  ERROR)[14:15:45.002] RADS::Common::HTTPConnection::GetFile: Failed on /rest/getToken?format=xml&ClientID=PMB_Client
(  ERROR)[14:15:45.005] RADS::Common::HTTPConnection::GetFile: perform request failed with code 7
(  ERROR)[14:15:45.005] RADS::Common::HTTPConnection::GetFile: Failed on /rest/getToken?format=xml&ClientID=PMB_Client
(  ERROR)[14:15:45.007] RADS::Common::HTTPConnection::GetFile: perform request failed with code 7
(  ERROR)[14:15:45.007] RADS::Common::HTTPConnection::GetFile: Failed on /rest/shutdown?format=xml&netToken=
The thing is too, whenever I open PlayOnLinux I get a message saying, "PlayOnLinux is unable to find 32bits and 64bits OpenGL libraries. You may have a problem playing games." but it used to only display that it was unable to find the 32bits alone and not both 32 and 64 bit before I looked into and messed around with my drivers. Between researching around to solve the issue with most results turning up saying I need to fix my drivers and being pretty Linux arrogant, I'm kind of stumped on what I'm thinking might be just a very obvious issue, considering I could be looking in the complete opposite direction for all I know. People within the community for this game get it working all the time so I hardly think it's a compatibility issue as well and again, something simple I probably overlooked. My graphics card is ATI Technologies Inc RV790 Radeon HD 4800 Series. I'm on Debian 6.0.6 amd64. I'd be more then glad to provide any information I'm missing.
