Dreamweaver

I use FC4.
I am just wondering if there is any software for linux that is close to dreamweaver. I am pretty picky. I hate front page and netscape/mozilla composer. I am those who would rather type the code out, than to use something that is stupid. Any suggestions?

Thank you very much.

http://quanta.kdewebdev.org/

http://bluefish.openoffice.nl/index.html

i far prefer bluefish (although i have used it more than quanta)

Dreamweaver might be supported by wine but the 2 above are pretty good

you could also check out screem! and Nvu

personally I use quanta - but have had a go with bluefish!

none of it is as "comprehensive" as dreamweaver. You'd have to check out stuff like crossover office from codeweavers to see if it is supported (crossover office is commercial so if you feel that dreamweaver is more important to you, and crossover supports your version then you'd have to pay for crossover - it's not very expensive - especially compared to dreamweaver and anything from macromedia).

Thank you for all your input.

I think Quata is probably what I was looking for. or Nvu.
