This is a full-length film called Striker. Downloading it probably violates 23,473 Indian copyright laws, no? I guess that's why Youtube has made it difficult/impossible to download. Download Helper will not download it. I tried.

It seems that the asker of the question haven't got the answer yet. Why don't you record the video from computer screen? As long as you can watch the video, screen recording software is able to capture video with audio from the PC screen easily. You can Search and find one in Google.

Actually I recorded the portion of web browser window displaying youtube video using ffmpeg with x11grab .
Also selected '-sameq' option alongwith outputfile as mpg (I did not want to encode on the run as frames get dropped due to full buffer) .
The outputfile was bulky mpg but ditto of original .
Then I ripped that video using libx264 with very slow ffpreset (I did not want to impose restraint on video bit rate) .
Also audacity recorded the sound .
Voila , I have 1GB video file & 83M audio file as good as source.
Not even a single blurry block present in whole video .
Everything is sharp .
Though ripping of 6GB mpg file took 12.5 hours .
I trust ffmpeg more than any other software for transcoding & screen recording .

You can try the online video grabber which can grab youtube videos and others, like google video and Dailymotion. Furthurmore, if you want to play the video on your mobile phone, you can convert the video you grabbed into any formats. It's quite easy.

there is a website catchvideo.net & catchmp3.net which grabs video from youtube though drm protected videos give erroneous results.
