Downloading through proxy


Hi
I am using a proxy(squid) for my internet connection. Also I set a download limit otherwise the download limit exeeds the maximum usage limit. I have to create a login for bypass the download limit. Because all others except me can't download more than the download limit. I am using Redhat Linux destro for setting the squid. Is there any one know about that please help me...
