Please read the "Question Guidelines" and "How to ask a smart question" links in my posting signature.

There is nothing anyone can do to help you, given what you posted. Your subject is only "help me", you tell us nothing about WHAT you downloaded, from where, to what kind of PC, running what OS, and what you're trying to do to get it onto a USB stick, or how. Do you want it bootable? Just copy a file?? What???

What distro are you using?

What you have tried so far?

Basically you mount the filesystem on pen drive and then copy the file with 'cp' command or a GUI File Manager.

Copy the files just as you do in Windows.
