The last release of Red Hat Linux was 9. They never had a version 9.2.

I'm pretty sure it's still used by some people. I had a Red Hat 8 server running until a drive failed a year ago and it was doing just fine.

Sorry about that; 'used' was wrong verb. Let's say its been unsupported/distributed for very many years
Most people would not install it as new unless they had an extremely good reason.
Better?

Better! I would have moved on if I'd had a reason to. But it was working and there was no reason to change.
