I had to reinstall Ubuntu 9.04 and ever since I have been getting this message when I go to Update Manager and search for new update this is what I get any help

Also if the http://deb.opera.com stable Release is for the Opera web browser I don't want it.

well it is clear, the gpg keys that your ubuntu is using are not available at the moment. Actually the webpage that it is trying to open is down also...

I am not sure how to fix it since I am a Slacker, but I guess thats where you should start... updating your gpg keys.

You need to execute these commands for every missing key:
Replace 9AA38DCD55BE302B with the missing key

Code:

gpg --keyserver subkeys.pgp.net --recv-keys 9AA38DCD55BE302B
gpg --armor --export 9AA38DCD55BE302B | apt-key add -

Then again
Code:

apt-get update
Please use a correct title to discribe the problem so people know wat you want.
