Does Linux support Read-Write in NTFS?

I am looking for a Linux Distro that can Read-Write to NTFS. This would help me out a lot. Thanxs in advance.

Read - yes.
Write - no.
Sadly, thanks to Microsoft's safeguarding a lot of information about NTFS, there are only "experimental" writing methods for NTFS partitions. There is a good chance that you'll junk the data on the drive if you try to write though.

I know... I am looking for a way to save a Live CD's Config to say, a flash drive. Then insert a line into the script that allows it to load the saved setting off the flash drive.

I know that reading NTFS is permited. But I find in the ntfs-projects homepage ,they that the lateset technology surpose that to write ntfs is surrported, but only to cover the same size in the disk that in the form of ntfs.
I think you'd better to have a look at the homepage of ntfs -projects.I am sorry that I can not remmember the URL exactly. But I am sure there is such a website .You can search it on the web.
