Does kernel-generic use both of my processors?
 
I was previously using kernel-huge until a slackware update caused some problems for me, so I switched over to kernel-generic but now I'm wondering if it uses both of my cpus on my dual core processor. Can anyone tell me? Thanks.

Yes. It is on mine, anyway. You can do a quick check by opening System Monitor.
