does iptable effect on network bandwidth?
 

Hello
I have a project with implementing the iptable and check the effect of iptable on my home network bandwidth.I have a lan with 3 computer, A,B,C ;computers A and C are windows and copmuter B is between those tow computers as a router width iptable.I use iperf for measuring the bandwidth, but almost adding the lines of iptable does not chang the bandwidth!!!!
do you know what is the problem?

computer B has tow gig NIC and only one of them is onboard and i use cat6 cable.
please help me.....
