Not that I know of, that's just disk druid to create the drives before installing during the install..
Your going to want to read up on the docs for lvm and its related commands it uses for setting up or expanding partitions, etc.
Hmm I have also run into a problem where in by I was in the need to find a solution to resizing a partition. I have found that there is a tool called parted, which does what you are requesting, I cannot vouch for it though as I haven't had the nerve to use it yet. Please note the person who made reference to the tool also noted that you should backup! I am un aware of any tools which are available in FC3 which does what you are requesting, at a guess I would say no, as it is rather a risky proceedure.
