Do I need wwwrun?
Hi!
I heard 2 days ago for the first time about wwwrun. If I understand well it is the apache user. On my suse it does exist but not on my fedora where I've been using the user apache sofar. Is between apache and wwwrun only a terminology difference? Do I need the user wwwrun or is my user apache as I guess the same?
Thanks.

I haven't used suse before, but I think it's just a terminology issue. "A rose by any other name..."
(On a side note, Vienna is a beautiful city)

Yes, it seems to be so. Thanks. I used the user apache where the instructions for a software upgrade said "wwwrun" and it worked.

I agree. I'm not originally from Austria, but I enjoy living here.

As a brief aside, my father is originally from there, so I had a few opportunities to visit when I was younger. I did rather enjoy it.
