do i need to install all my drivers after installing ubunto everything works ok


i have installed ubunto with dual boot xp for the moment, i am using hyundai laptop do i need to install its own drivers like you do for xp because everything seems to be working fine in ubunto for now and i dont want to install other drivers and start having problems

sorry i forgot to ask is there anywhere like device manager on xp that i can check to see if everything is working properly
