Is this possible to deploy DNS, SENDMAIL and FIREWALL/ROUTER in a machine running Red Hat Enterprise Server 5. If yess how many ip's and domains required and how to deploy?

Yes you can deploy them all on one machine and depending on your needs you only need 1 IP. Number of domains is up to you, one is sufficient (and even that isn't needed depending on circumstances.

However, I strongly recommended that if this is intended to be a firewall, NO other services are running on the box. Firewalls are intended to be the security gateway and should be running on a dedicated box. The more services you run on the firewall box the greater the possibility for it to be compromised.
