zone local/IN: loading from master file /var/named/local failed: file not found
_default/local/IN: file not found

Since you didn't post any config files, I guess that this is a secondary dns trying to load the local zone from master. Usually a name server is master fro the local zone. Take a look at this example of slave dns configuration.
