no, sorry. there's no built in mp3 support in any linux distribution. yet, all of them can play an mp3 if you have the programs needed to play mp3 files.

1. you need a player
2. you need a mp3 library (ex. libmad [http://www.underbit.com/products/mad/])
3. play the music & dance :)

Although...

All linux distributions can be configured to play mp3, but not without some additional packages and effort.

However, you might try PCLinuxOS and Linux Mint, both of which should play mp3 as installed. You can try both as a live-cd.

FWIW, Linux Mint played mp3s "out of the box"
