[SOLVED] Display Message When changing user in terminal

i have one question/doubt

can i display some user friendly message when user changes in terminal
i.e when changing using su or su- or su - temp

I want that when user changes or normal to root user using su-, to display
some message user friendly message. That don't change this or that
something like that.

i have done it using /etc/motd file and
write about that file in .bashrc of particular
user. I found hint from linuxquestions.org only.
