Maybe mplayer in command line.

If you tell us a bit more of what you have that might help.

I have stored jpg images on NAND flash.NAND flash can be accessed as a Filesystem ,created partitions. On one partition I have stored pictures(jpg format). I'm trying to show JPEG with gstreamer using below command:

gst-launch filesrc location=file1.jpg ! jpegdec ! freeze ! mfw_isink

But it gives me error on the terminal that WARNING: erroneous pipeline: no element "freeze".
Is there any other command to show JPEG image?

Why are you using "gstreamer" to display photos ?
every distro will have a default "photo" program

for a KDE desktop that is "Gwenview" or "digikam "
gnome has "F-spot", Gphoto

then there is Gimp , installed on almost every distro

not to mention , about every desktop manager can show a thumbnail

r-click on the photo and see what is listed in the "open with"
