disk utilitys


do i need any extra software to use disk utilitys own window pc to check the hard drives on a xp pc

No idea, since we don't know what you want to 'check'. Also, since this is LinuxQuestions...how does this relate to Linux? Wouldn't this question be far better on a Microsoft/Windows forum???
